COPE© is endorsed as an evidence-based program by the National Institutes of Health/NCI and the California Evidence-Based Clearinghouse for Child Welfare.
Our COPE© and MINDBODYSTRONG © facilitator training programs are evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy–based interventions designed for delivery in individual, small group, or classroom settings. These programs provide structured manuals, guides, and teaching tools so that facilitators can deliver life-changing sessions to children, teens, young adults, adults, pregnant women, cancer patients/survivors, and the healthcare workforce.
Backed by 30 published studies, these trainings equip facilitators to reduce anxiety, stress, and depression while fostering self-esteem as well as healthy coping and problem-solving skills across diverse populations.
The COPE© 7-Session Instructor Training equips facilitators with tools to help children, teens, and young adults manage anxiety, stress, and depression through CBT-based skills building.
The COPE© 15-Session TEEN Healthy Lifestyles Program combines CBT with nutrition and exercise to help adolescents (12–18) build resilience, reduce anxiety and depression, and adopt healthier behaviors.
The COPE-P© 7-Session Instructor Training is tailored for pregnant women, helping them manage anxiety, stress, and depression while supporting healthy lifestyle changes.
